Matthew Jones
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Matthew is the Managing Director and founder member of Clements Young and has led a distinguished career in recruitment since leaving School in 1999. He has a real desire to make a difference to people lives and understands that finding someone a job can really affect someone’s life in more ways than you can sometimes ever appreciate.
He is a family man whom is fortunate to father 3 young girls, enjoys keeping fit, a real foody and wine lover and enjoys the highs and lows of supporting Manchester United and Lincoln City FC.
Guy Smithson
Director
Guy is a Director of Clements Young and has been in recruitment within the construction industry since 2002. Originally supplying temporary M & E Labour within the East Midlands, he has developed an all-round knowledge of the construction industry in general, from groundworks and civils through to project management across commercial, industrial and rail sectors.
He enjoys getting to know people and being able to help them, whether it be finding a candidate a suitable role which they can develop in, or watching areas being developed for the future.
We rely on being able to source quality labour and Clements Young always provide. They clearly have a good knowledge of the industry!
